Jason Lee Thomas

Jason Lee Thomason is quickly becoming a name that is recognized by the Nashville songwriting community. He’s been told by many in Nashville that his voice and melodies simply “make you stop and listen.” It’s easy to become just another singer/songwriter in this town, but when people hear him for the first time singing on stage, they don’t just keep on walking by, they stop and watch. One of Jason’s first gigs in Nashville was at Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge as part of Billy Block’s Locals Only event. He’s quickly become a favorite at other venues such as Stage Write @ Limelight, now Blue Bar, Hotel Indigo in downtown Nashville and Frisky Berry Coffee Company’s Writer’s Night in Franklin. His music has seen plenty of airtime at radio stations in North Florida, South Georgia and South Alabama. As part of the Billy Block show, Jason’s tune “Rose Colored Glasses” was aired on WKDF 103.3. He has co-written with hit songwriters in Nashville and other writers whom are just looking for that first cut. Jason and his long time friend, producer and co-writer Tory Harris teamed up in late 2007 to write eleven original songs to cut Jason’s first country music album. The self-titled album was released on June 13th, 2008 and at the CD Release party alone they sold over 150 copies and were on their way to many more sales. The CD is now available all over the internet including itunes. Jason and his band had generated a nice fan base in the North Central Florida, South Georgia area and Jason decided to make his move to the neon lit streets of Nashville in late June of 2008. He has achieved much success on one of the biggest indie artist sites on the web, ourstage.com, taking home the 1 spot in the Southern Rock genre with “Blue Collar Man” in August ’08 and 1 in the Country genre with his hit song “Southland”. This success brought him a major feature on AOL Music’s Country Artist page as the “Top New Country Artist”. Jason has also had many other top 10 spots on ourstage.com. Jason has been the state runner up in both Georgia and Florida as part of the Colgate Country Showdown in 2007. He is affiliated with BMI Nashville as a songwriter and his publishing company, Jason Lee Thomason Music. If you haven’t heard this guy yet you’re missing out.

Bedhed & Blondy

Bedhed and Blondy and The Sleepwalkers are an Americana/Folk-Rock five piece band based in Nashville, TN. Formed in February 2010, the group quickly attracted attention for its strong songwriting and harmony vocals. As quoted in the Murfreesboro Music Examiner, Fran Jackson “has an authentic blues feeling… with that bit of edge that makes her stand out.”
Released in November 2010, Bedhed and Blondy and The Sleepwalkers’ second CD, “NUTHIN…’” recorded at OGM Studio with Grammy recognized engineer Charlie Chadwick, follows the release of their debut acoustic nine-song disk, “Somewhere In Memphis.” Says John Pavlovsky of The Rock 'n' Roll Express Radio Show, "Sparse instrumentation underscores this release, allowing the duo's voices, and songs to be at the forefront of a band that echoes newgrass, folk, and blues." The Nashville Music Guide says, "...This is a great CD...eight original tracks filled with awesome tunes and outstanding harmonies..." Janet Goodman of Music News Nashville says, "...They've created an acoustic, little-left-of-mainstream honey of a record." Currently the band is promoting songs from both albums and is performing in Nashville area venues with plans for a Southeastern summer tour in 2011. Strong songwriting, tight vocals, and dynamic performances have brought the group an elusive local following in the hard-to-impress Nashville music community.
This band really does have a sound of its own… and people really like it! For show dates, pictures, and more information about Bedhed and Blondy and The Sleepwalkers, visit their website BEDHEDANDBLONDY.COM. (That’s BEDHED… really…please make sure you spell it right….)

Rachael Johnson

Growing up in the original "Mayberry", Rachael Johnson knew her destination was Nashville! At her first Garth Brooks concert Rachael's destiny was determined. One month after completing her Bachelor's in Criminal Justice Rachael found herself sleeping on the floor of her newly rented Nashville apartment. Rachael landed a day job to help pay the bills and hit the local hot spots to figure out what to do next. She was fortunate enough to meet, soon to be signed, singer/songwriter Craig Campbell and became a regular sit in at his show at The Stage on Broadway. Rachael began meeting other artists and talented musicians and was able to put together a band and had shows of her own. Within a year Rachael was able to quit her day job and let music pay the bills! She was playing 20-25 gigs a month in Nashville and surrounding cities and traveling to venues in Alabama and opened for Craig Campbell on one of her many trips to NC. Rachael's catalog of original music was expanding and she was doing writer's nights and even hosting a few. Her original songs gained her new fans and praise from established songwriters in Nashville. Along with Craig Campbell, Rachael has shared the stage with Josh Thompson, Chris Young and Trent Tomlinson. Rachael's writing and love for music have been influenced by a range of artists from Merle Haggard to the Beatles. Rachael's inner soul escapes when she opens her mouth to sing. Rachael's voice has been described as unique and unmistakable. It has been said, "If you were to hear her on the radio you would know....that's Rachael Johnson".
